What is Finpy?
A platform for fund managers, syndicates, and companies raising capital.

Finpy is a fund management platform that helps you manage cap tables, track investments, compute performance metrics, and handle stakeholder relations. Whether you run a venture fund, a syndicate, or a company raising capital — Finpy provides the tools to manage ownership, commitments, distributions, and reporting from a single workspace.

Quick Start
Get up and running in four steps.
1

Create an Account

Sign up at finpy.app. You'll be prompted to create your first organization.

2

Create an Organization

An organization is your workspace — it holds your team members and entities. You can have multiple organizations for different businesses.

3

Create an Entity

An entity represents what you're managing: a fund, a company raising capital, or a syndicate. Choose the type that fits your use case.

4

Build Your Cap Table

Add stakeholders, create funding rounds, issue securities, and track ownership. The cap table is computed automatically from your transactions.

Platform Hierarchy
How organizations, entities, and features relate.

Finpy is organized in a simple hierarchy: Organization → Entity → Features. Each entity is a separate workspace with its own cap table, portfolio, performance metrics, and financials.

Cap Table

Stakeholders, funding rounds, securities, commitments, distributions, and transactions.

Portfolio

Deal pipeline, holdings, cash flows, valuations, and fees.

Performance

Entity performance, holdings performance, stakeholder returns with IRR, TVPI, DPI, RVPI.

Financials

Income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, financial metrics, KPIs.

Multi-Organization: You can belong to multiple organizations and switch between them from the sidebar. Each organization has its own set of entities and team members.
