1. These terms

Finpy is run by Buraro Technologies. By using this website, its public stock pages or its applications, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Finpy.

2. Not investment advice

Everything on Finpy is general information, calculated from company reports and market data. Nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

Figures can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and past results do not predict future ones. Check them against the original reports and make your own decisions, with a licensed adviser where you need one.

3. What you may do

You may read the pages for your own research. A subscription also lets you use our applications, API and tools within your plan.

4. What you may not do

Without our written permission, you may not:

• scrape, crawl or bulk download any part of Finpy, by bot, script or any other automated means, apart from the API and tools we provide and search engines indexing the pages robots.txt allows;
• copy, publish, resell or redistribute our data, figures or analyses, or use them to build a database or a competing product;
• use our data, figures or analyses to train or feed a machine learning model;
• copy or reproduce the method behind our valuations, screens, rankings or backtests;
• get around a rate limit, an access control or any other protection of the service.

5. Ownership

The data compilations, analyses, method, text, design and software of Finpy belong to Buraro Technologies or to those who license them to us. Company reports and third party data remain the property of their owners. Using Finpy gives you no right to any of this beyond section 3.

6. No warranty and limit of liability

Finpy is provided as it is, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of Finpy or from a decision based on it.

7. Breach of these terms

If you break these terms, we may block your access without notice and use the remedies the law gives us.

8. Changes and contact

We may change these terms by publishing a new version here, with its date above. Continuing to use Finpy means you accept the new version.
